Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Checkin: 2.00pm Checkout: 10.00am

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

No security bond is required however we do require credit card details upon checkin.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Yes, please advise prior to arrival and we will give you the late arrival instructions

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Yes but this is subject to availability and a small fee is incurred. Please contact Reception to request

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

A deposit is required upon booking to secure your reservation

Q: What are the reception hours?

Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.00pm Saturday Sunday: 9.00am - 12.00pm Public Holiday: 9.00am - 11.00am

Q: Can I book local attractions at reception?

Yes all attractions are bookable at reception for no additional costs to you

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

Yes however there is a small fee. Please contact reception for more information

Q: Is there car parking available?

Yes we provide FREE secure undercover parking

Q: Is all linen provided?

Yes

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

Weekly

Q: Is the pool heated?

Our pool is not heated however our Spa is heated

Q: How close is Cairns?

5 minutes by car or 25 minutes walking distance

Q: Are there restaurants nearby?

Yes there are restaurants between 2 to 10 minutes walk from Coral Towers

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

Yes there are bus services 7 minutes walk away

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

There is a supermarket which is only 10 minutes walk
